Who is Cruise Companions suitable for?

Cruise Companions is available to those who require support during their travels, including those of a younger age. There are certain requirements to be met, which will be discussed during a consultation, to ensure we can provide the right care for you.

What type of holidays do you accommodate for?

We can accommodate to most holidays that our clients require a Companion for, such as cruises, rail holidays and flights abroad. We will always discuss in detail with our clients what their wishes are, and endeavor to meet those desires as much as reasonably possible.

What part of my holiday do you organise?

At Cruise Companions we really mean it when we say premium care every step of the way. We can help you to organise an extensive number of things required for your holiday - from organising medication, to planning and booking your holiday, and even packing your suitcase. We would discuss all your requirements in detail with you during a consultation, and customise a package to your individual needs and requirements.

What if I have already booked my holiday?

This is fine! it isn't compulsory for us to book your holiday , it is an added extra we can offer you. If you have already booked your holiday, we would make arrangements to book your Companion onto the trip with you.

What if I become ill while on holiday?

Your Companion will be there to assist you and will arrange for an onboard Doctor to see and treat you where necessary. In severe cases, we will make arrangements to repatriate you back home, which will be covered by your travel insurance.

What if my Companion becomes ill during the trip?

In severe cases, another Companion will travel to assist you. In the meantime, hotel/crew staff will be alerted and sent to assist you.
